MEGA VACANCY DETAILS
POST NAME:Vacancy of manager post in Metro Link Express for Gandhinagar and Ahmedabad (MEGA) Company Ltd.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Qualification :Applicants should be B.E. / B.Tech (IT) / M.Tech. with minimum 10 yrs. of experience and minimum 03 yrs. of experience at Manager/Middle Management level. Functional area for this position will be IT & Network Administration, PMI, SAP – ERP, Security Concepts, Troubleshooting Incidents, etc. Person having higher qualification in the relevant field may be preferred. Preference may be given to the Professionals having experience of working with Govt. Departments / Boards / Corporations / Companies.
EXPERIENCE:
Candidates should have experience in IT & Network Administration related for Software, Hardware, Security services implementation, delivering Security domain and related projects,managing security domain implementation projects,delivery management related to Infra projects . They must have  ability to engage various internal teams and coordination for resources and project needs,Ability to travel at different offices / places as and when required by other departments and also knowledge of Project management methodologies and tools.
REQUIRED SKILLS FOR CANDIDATES
1. Must have very good knowledge of Microsoft technologies including Server Operating Systems, VLANs, MS
Exchange server administration, DPM, SCOM, SCCM, WSUS, etc.
2. Must have prior experience with managing Active Directory server for user authentication, policy rights
implementation.
3. Must have very good knowledge of anti-malware/ spam control (Microsoft Forefront Endpoint).
4. Good communication skills, with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
5. Experience with Enterprise storage and Microsoft iSCSI initiator.
6. Experience with virtualization technologies like Citrix Xen Server and Hyper-v.
7. Knowledge of firewall, LAN/WAN connectivity.
8. Good command of English, written and spoken.
9. Documentation Skills.
10. Certification like MCP, MCSE, MCSA, MCITP, ITIL v3.

Ahmedabad - Gandhinagar Metro rail project is being promoted with the objective of providing safe, fast and eco-friendly transportation services to the public at affordable rates while simultaneously reducing the congestion on the roads. The metro rail project will promote integration with AMTS, BRTS, Railways and other modes of public transit system.MEGA is committed to deliver World Class state-of-art technology most cost efficient metro within the shortest time span possible in the country. The proposed metro will have entirely elevated structure, ballast-less tracks, driverless air-conditioned coaches, GPS based rail tracking system, train destination indicators & stations with support infrastructure like automated fare collection, parking facilities, etc.On 4th February 2010, a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) namely, Metro-Link Express for Gandhinagar & Ahmedabad (MEGA) Company Ltd. was incorporated by the Government of Gujarat to implement Metro Rail Project under the Companies Act, 1956.
